Starfish Computer Corporation hosted a disaster recovery exercise to test and validate our disaster recovery plan. We were able to remotely test our phone system (including DID, disaster recovery phone group, automated attendant, etc.), our Virtual Local Area Network and Virtual Private Network, our Cloud data retrieval, computer interface and execution by our staff and our server communications. Having a plan and knowing that it works gave us the peace of mind to know service to our members would continue uninterrupted in the case of a business emergency.

No matter what the issue, big or small for my computer, Matthew M. of Starfish Computer is always quick to respond, clear on how to fix the issue, and conscientious with follow-ups to confirm what was done resolved the issue for the long term. I appreciate his 'above and beyond' effort for us.
