Starfish Computer Corporation hosted a disaster recovery exercise to test and validate our disaster recovery plan. We were able to remotely test our phone system (including DID, disaster recovery phone group, automated attendant, etc.), our Virtual Local Area Network and Virtual Private Network, our Cloud data retrieval, computer interface and execution by our staff and our server communications. Having a plan and knowing that it works gave us the peace of mind to know service to our members would continue uninterrupted in the case of a business emergency.
