Free Network Assessment
Regardless of what services you're looking for, we offer a Free Network Assessment. This means we're going to come out to your location and have a conversation about where you are, where you want to be, and the timeline of how we're going to get there.
From there, we do a little digging to get a high-level, birds-eye view of what your network looks like so that we can have an educated conversation on what you told us, what we found, and now that we can see how your network is all set up and how it all connects and communicates, we can make recommendations based on where you told us you want to be. We'll be able to show you the drawings of your entire network and discuss the steps that will get us from point A to point B.

Starfish Computer Corporation hosted a disaster recovery exercise to test and validate our disaster recovery plan. We were able to remotely test our phone system (including DID, disaster recovery phone group, automated attendant, etc.), our Virtual Local Area Network and Virtual Private Network, our Cloud data retrieval, computer interface and execution by our staff and our server communications. Having a plan and knowing that it works gave us the peace of mind to know service to our members would continue uninterrupted in the case of a business emergency.
